• 3D Renderings: Photorealistic visualizations of architectural designs
• Virtual Dollhouse: Complete spatial overviews and floor plans

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by LuxeView 3D remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment:

• Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose
• LuxeView 3D retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio
• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our work
• Source files remain property of LuxeView 3D unless purchased separately

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• Pricing is provided on a per-project basis via quote
• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

6. Revisions and Changes

Our revision policy includes:

• Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
• Major scope changes require a new quote and agreement
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

7. Turnaround Time

Project timelines are estimates and depend on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Timely provision of required materials and feedback
• Current workload and scheduling
• Rush services available for additional fee

We strive to meet all deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus processing fees
• Cancellations after work has started: Prorated refund based on work completed
• No refunds after final delivery and client approval
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing

9. Limitation of Liability

LuxeView 3D shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
• Issues arising from client-provided materials or information

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client projects and information. We will not disclose project details to third parties without permission, except as required by law or when showcasing work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as a final resort

12. Changes to Terms
